Job summary

University of Wisconsin-Green Bay seeks a Facilities Associate Director for Housing to lead custodial, maintenance and HVAC operations, supervise staff and vendors, and guide capital planning for campus housing.

You will work with Housing and Residential Education leadership to ensure safe, sustainable facilities and align with strategic campus needs; travel between campuses may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Facilities Management or related field and 3 years professional experience in Facilities Management, or 5 year of progressive Facilities Management experience at time of application; 3 years of experience in staff supervision
• Computer proficiency with the ability to use specialized software packages, spreadsheet and word processing (i.e. MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, internet, TMA, StarRez, PERSONA)

Responsibilities

• Oversee custodial and facilities maintenance programs and supervise staff, HVAC technicians, student workers, and vendors; manage work orders, projects, and capital planning.
• Liaise with Housing and Residential Education leadership for planning and budget needs, IT infrastructure and life safety systems.
• Manage capital planning and supervise construction/renovation projects in campus housing.
