Job summary

University of Wisconsin-Green Bay seeks a Facilities Associate Director to lead custodial and maintenance operations, oversee HVAC systems, and supervise staff and contractors on the Green Bay campus. This role partners with Housing and Residential Education to align operations with capital planning and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Facilities Management or related field with 3 years of facilities management experience, or 5 years progressive experience at time of application.
• 3 years of staff supervision experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office and facility software systems (e.g., STARRez, PERSONA).

Responsibilities

• Oversee custodial and facilities maintenance programs and supervise staff, HVAC Technician, student workers, and vendors.
• Lead day-to-day operations, work orders, capital planning, and project oversight for residential housing.
• Coordinate with HRE leadership, procurement, and campus safety to plan and manage budgets and capital needs.
