Aim Community Services in Washington, DC is seeking an Employment & Housing Case Manager to help clients achieve stability through housing, employment readiness, and community integration. You will coordinate individualized service plans and connect clients to resources.

The role involves housing assessments, developing stability plans, employment development plans, resume and interview support, and ongoing case management.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Human Services or related field; bachelor's preferred.
• At least 1 year of case management or housing support experience.
• Knowledge of housing resources and employment programs in Washington State.
• Strong organizational and motivational interviewing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate housing stability plans and assist with housing searches.
• Support clients with resume development, job applications, and interviews.
• Provide case management and referrals to mental health and healthcare services.
• Maintain confidential client records and attend team meetings.
• Advocate for clients to promote independence and long-term success.
