Job summary

DESC is seeking a Housing Development Program Coordinator in Seattle to support the Director of Facilities and Asset Management with end-to-end real estate development, from site acquisition through place in service.

You will manage data systems and workflow tracking, ensuring smooth intra- and inter-program communications while guiding projects under development, often multiple at once.

Qualifications

• Experience providing administrative support and familiarity with program management systems and procedures.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and problem-solve.
• Demonstrated ability to organize and coordinate work efficiently; prioritize workload, work under pressure with tight timelines and changing priorities.
• High level written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal activities related to real estate development.
• Coordinate preparation of funding capital applications.
• Facilitate and coordinate communication with consultants for design, planning, costing, construction and close out.
• Assist with construction project accounting, monthly funding requests and reports to lenders and tax credit investors.
