Qualifications

• Direct experience with Low Income Housing Tax Credit projects is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and multitask independently.

Responsibilities

• Direct due diligence providers and secure entitlements.
• Prepare LOI solicitations for equity and debt.
• Interact with Construction Manager to monitor project performance.
