Job summary

Plymouth Housing is seeking a Property Coordinator to support residents and work closely with the Portfolio Manager to deliver housing-related services in a respectful, trauma-informed manner. The role is on-site at Seattle properties and involves administrative tasks, lease processing, rent collections, and coordinating vendors.

You will share information with the site operations team, help with reporting in the PM software, and participate in weekend coverage as needed, in alignment with

Qualifications

• AA degree or equivalent education and experience.
• One year of customer service experience.
• Experience in supportive housing is desired.
• Seattle landlord-tenant law knowledge is desired.
• Spanish language ability is desired.

Responsibilities

• Build professional relations with residents.
• Handle resident concerns and rent-related issues.
• Perform general administrative tasks using MS Office.
• Assist with lease signings and document submissions.
• Process rent payments and track unit turns.
• Coordinate work orders and contractors.
• Enter data into property management software and generate reports.
• Attend mandatory meetings and trainings.
• Support front desk duties and building security.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
