LIHI is seeking an Associate Director of Real Estate Development in Seattle to lead all stages of affordable housing development, from site assessment through construction and hand-off to property management. Responsibilities

• Oversees all stages of affordable housing development including site research, pre-development, design, financing, construction and close-out.
• Develops and manages relationships with public and private funders, partners, and government agencies.
• Represents LIHI before government agencies, planning commissions, and community groups to garner support.
• Hires, trains, mentors, and evaluates assigned staff; supports professional development.
• Collaborates with other departments to develop LIHI-owned housing and rehabilitate existing projects.
