Job summary

Völker is seeking a Development Coordinator to advance multifamily projects from site control to stabilization. The role works closely with Managing Directors of Development, coordinating internal teams and external partners through the development life cycle.

Responsibilities span pre-development, entitlements, capital coordination, and post-construction activities, with heavy emphasis on due diligence, LOIs, and project documentation.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of in multi-family real estate development experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and AI workflow.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and multitask.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and strong cross-functional relationship-building skills.
• Continual improvement and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Direct due diligence providers, secure entitlements and municipal support.
• Prepare LOI solicitations for equity and debt and respond to requests.
• Support closing across all functions and record project information.
• Liaise with Asset Management and property management during lease-up.
• Coordinate post-construction activities and financing transitions.
