Everett Housing Authority (EHA) is seeking an entry-level participant services professional to manage daily operations for affordable housing communities in Everett, WA. This role focuses on recertifications, interims, program compliance with HUD/LIHTC requirements, and audit readiness.

The position supports rent calculations, tenant screening, and data management, with a path to grow within a union, non-exempt environment with comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED; 2–3 years of customer service or general office work experience; 2 years of computer work experience.
• Knowledge of modern office practices and procedures.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work with program participants, co-workers and the public; HUD/LIHTC compliance awareness.

Responsabilidades

• Processes annual and interim tenant eligibility reviews and rent calculations.
• Supports Rent Café reviews and assists residents with login issues.
• Maintains and audits resident/applicant files for internal and external audits.
• Performs peer audits of recertifications; provides feedback on files.
• Retrieves income reports from HUD’s EIV system.
