Job summary

Evergreen Treatment Services seeks a Housing Resource Coordinator to support the REACH program in housing navigation and resource coordination. You will engage landlords, coordinate placements, and collaborate with care teams to improve housing stability for clients.

The role emphasizes equity, trauma-informed care, and strong coordination across internal and external partners, with a focus on documented compliance and compassionate service delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two years of experience in outreach or social work; familiarity with homelessness is highly desirable.
• Ability to pass a Washington State Patrol background check.
• Commitment to racial justice and social equity in ETS services.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace and basic tech literacy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain housing opportunities portfolio for REACH clients.
• Build partnerships with landlords, property managers, and housing providers.
• Coordinate access to housing resources and support placement/retention.
• Maintain current knowledge of landlord-tenant issues and local resources.
• Coordinate responses to time-sensitive housing placement needs with partners.
• Provide administrative support to case managers and maintain records.
