Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED meets minimum education.
• At least one year of service delivery experience or related training/education.

Responsibilities

• Engage residents and initiate contact to provide support.
• Maintain daily shift reports and document resident activity.
• Organize social activities and promote community events with flyers.
• Complete daily tasks such as safety walks and cleaning duties.
• Assist with maintenance tasks and unit turnover prep.
• Support monthly community meetings with staff to improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with management on resident conduct and safety issues.

Skills
