Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Determines eligibility for regular HCV and special program participation.
• Reviews applications, verifications and documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintains applicant/participant files and handles PII with care.
• Performs accurate data entry and prepares reports and correspondence.
• Ensures nondiscrimination and provides professional customer service.
