Job summary

CoAction in Northwest Indiana is seeking a HCVP Manager to lead the Housing Choice Voucher Program operations, supervise staff and contractors, and ensure performance standards are met in line with contracts. You will drive quality, accountability, and strategic program development.

The role is hybrid with regular in-office presence, occasional travel, and collaboration with partners to improve housing stability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Ability to obtain Housing Choice Voucher Specialist Certification and NSPIRE certification within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations for the Housing Choice Voucher Program and other assigned initiatives.
• Ensure services are delivered efficiently, equitably, and in alignment with funder requirements.
• Provide direct supervision, coaching, and performance management for assigned staff.
• Develop budgets in collaboration with the Director and finance department.
• Promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
