Qualifications

• Two years of college in public administration or related discipline.
• Minimum one year of experience with application intake and maintenance.
• Valid Ohio or Michigan driver’s license and insurability.

Responsibilities

• Greets residents and assists with application documentation.
• Receives and responds to inquiries from applicants, residents, landlords, and organizations.
• Reviews applications, interviews applicants, verifies information, and determines housing eligibility.
• Maintains electronic filing and verifies data accuracy.
• Calculates eligibility and processes certifications, renewals, and interim changes.
• Schedules pre-occupancy programs and supports hearings as LMHA representative.
