Covenant Case Management Services is seeking a Site Manager to provide non-clinical, person-centered support to tenants in Stanly County. You will help maintain housing stability, connect clients with behavioral health and community services, and support life skills and resiliency goals under the Tenant Case Management program.
The role requires strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills, with travel to housing sites and strict adherence to HIPAA and Medicaid regulations.

Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: 2:30pm - 8:30pm, Monday-Sunday
Position Summary
The Site Manager is responsible for providing non-clinical, person-centered support services to
individuals receiving Tenant Case Management through Covenant Case Management Services.
This position assists members in maintaining housing stability, accessing behavioral health and
community services, building life skills, and supporting whole health and resiliency goals in
accordance with the Vaya Health Tenant Case Management program requirements.
