Job summary

Catholic Charities Comm in Page, AZ is hiring a Housing Case Manager to provide comprehensive case management and client advocacy for individuals and families experiencing homelessness. You will help clients navigate housing access points, complete applications, engage landlords, and connect them with supportive services; bilingual Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 2+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred for client communication.

Responsibilities

• Receive referrals and engage clients within 48 hours via home visits or calls.
• Outreach and engagement with clients through calls, visits, and partners.
• Assist with housing applications, landlord engagement, and eligibility reviews.
• Develop and monitor individual service plans with quarterly updates.
• Maintain records, reports, and data required for program compliance.
• Provide case management and advocacy to support client self-sufficiency.
