Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Assist tenants with program documentation, benefits, health care, education, employment and legal aid.
• Create individual service plans and maintain documentation.
