Job summary

Pine Street Inn in Boston seeks a Case Manager for the Permanent Supportive Housing program to provide intensive, housing-first support to tenants facing homelessness and complex challenges.

You will facilitate benefits access, health care, education and employment opportunities, maintain documentation, and collaborate with housing staff to promote tenants’ stability and growth using Harm Reduction and Motivational Interviewing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Computer literacy with Word, Outlook, Excel.
• Preference for college degree.
• Strong commitment to Harm Reduction and Motivational Interviewing.

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive case management support to tenants in housing.
• Assist tenants with obtaining benefits, health care, education and employment opportunities.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and records for all caseload activities.
• Collaborate with other housing staff on program-wide efforts to stabilize tenants.
