Job summary

Mission Action Access Point Site Coordinator is a full-time exempt role based in San Francisco. The position supports four Problem-Solving Specialists, ensuring high-quality paperwork, purchasing travel, and managing financial needs for clients at risk of homelessness.

The Site Coordinator will ensure data is correctly uploaded in databases, coordinate outreach and intakes, and assist with assessments across sites. Interaction with the Program Manager is essential for approvals and consistency.

Qualifications

• Background in and passion for working with low-income and immigrant communities.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Experience with crisis intervention and conflict resolution.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client assignments and triage to ensure access to services.
• Coordinate and support outreach activities.
• Process rental deposits, first/last month rent, relocation costs, and related financials.
• Deliver customer service to clients and providers at all times.
• Ensure client-centered, trauma-informed approaches to housing access and stability.
• Collaborate with staff to analyze information and housing opportunities.
• Oversee data entry and reporting in the ONE system and ensure data quality.
• Develop relationships with community partners for housing and referrals.
• Manage crisis intervention and conflict resolution as needed.
• Support staff trainings, meetings, and program tasks.
• Ensure operational readiness of forms and materials for daily operations.
