Job summary

Above and Beyond Family Recovery Center is seeking a Housing and Employment Coordinator to support clients in securing sustainable housing and employment. Under supervision of the Director of Housing & Employment and direction of Operations, you will develop individualized service plans, assess needs, and drive outcomes.

The role emphasizes coordination with landlords, employers, and community partners to promote client stability and success in housing and work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in housing services, employment services, case management, workforce development, social services, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in identifying, securing, and maintaining safe, stable, and affordable housing.
• Coordinate housing searches, applications, interviews, and move-in processes with clients and housing providers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with landlords, property managers, housing agencies, shelters, and community-based organizations.
• Provide job-readiness support, including resume development, job applications, interview preparation, and workplace expectations.
• Establish and maintain relationships with employers, workforce development agencies, staffing organizations, and community partners to identify employment opportunities.
• Coordinate referrals to job training, education, certification, transportation, childcare, and other supportive services that promote employment success.
• Track client progress toward housing and employment goals and provide ongoing coaching, follow-up, and problem-solving support.
