Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and one year of related office experience.
• Experience in institutional cleaning or training employees is preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and orally; strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required.
• Must have valid NC Driver’s License or ability to obtain before start date.

Responsibilities

• Train Housekeeping Services staff including new hire orientations and OS1 training.
• Develop and deliver training on cleaning, safety, ergonomics, and related topics.
• Coordinate training programs and maintain documentation for procedures.
