Job summary

The SHOW comes alive at MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas. The Housekeeping Training Development Partner leads the training for the Housekeeping department, guiding new hires through a 90-day curriculum and mentoring them to achieve MGM Resorts standards.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years of housekeeping supervisory experience, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and familiarity with cleaning procedures and equipment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• 1+ years of housekeeping supervisory experience or related experience.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Experience with cleaning procedures, chemicals, and housekeeping equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the training program for new Housekeeping team members and ongoing training.
• Coach and develop employees during class and one-on-one sessions.
• Evaluate progress at key intervals and report outcomes to leadership.
• Own the department training schedule and implement new programs.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping leaders to align training with objectives.
