Job summary

MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas is seeking a Housekeeping Training Development Partner to lead the training program for the Housekeeping department. This role mentors new hires, guides a 90-day curriculum, and supports other managers to ensure ongoing training and high service standards.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years supervisory housekeeping experience, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and familiarity with cleaning procedures and equipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of housekeeping supervisory experience or related supervisory role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field required.
• Experience with cleaning procedures, chemicals, and housekeeping equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the extensive training program for new housekeeping team members and teach core knowledge and skills.
• Facilitate ongoing training for safety and service excellence per MGM standards.
• Coach and develop employees during class and one-on-one sessions; recognize progress.
• Review the progress of new hires at key intervals and report outcomes to leadership.
• Own the training schedule and coordinate new hires' start dates; implement new programs.
• Collaborate with housekeeping leaders to align training with departmental goals and day-30/60/90 reviews.
• Ensure adherence to standards through continual evaluation of training outcomes.
