Job summary

MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas is seeking a Housekeeping Training Development Partner to lead the training for the Housekeeping department, guiding new hires through a 90-day program and ongoing development to uphold MGM Resorts standards.

You will schedule training, coach staff, assess progress, and implement new programs while collaborating with Housekeeping leaders to ensure alignment with safety, quality, and service expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• 1+ years of housekeeping supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in related field.
• Experience with cleaning procedures, chemicals, and Housekeeping equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the extensive training program for new Housekeeping team members.
• Facilitate ongoing training for safety and service excellence, aligned with guidelines.
• Coach and develop employees during class and one-on-one sessions.
• Evaluate progress at key intervals and report outcomes to leadership.
• Own the training schedule and implement new programs for the department.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping leaders to align training with strategic objectives.
• Ensure adherence to standards within departmental policies through program evaluation.
