YMCA of the Rockies in Granby, CO is seeking a Housekeeping Team Leader to supervise seasonal staff and balance cleaning duties with leadership, ensuring clean, safe, and welcoming cabins and public spaces.

This working supervisor role provides leadership experience in hospitality operations, coaching, and workforce development within a fast-paced, mission-driven environment near Rocky Mountain National Park.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily pre-shift team huddles to communicate priorities and motivational messages.
• Supervise housekeeping crews, monitor cleaning quality, pace, and safety.
• Provide hands-on training, coaching, and real-time feedback to seasonal staff.
• Model values and guest service standards; foster inclusive team culture.
• Interact with guests professionally and respond to service needs promptly.
• Ensure safety procedures and proper lifting techniques are followed.
