Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises in Raleigh, NC seeks an Assistant Housekeeping Manager to oversee housekeeping, laundry and house person teams ensuring guest room and public area cleanliness. You will lead with strong attention to detail and professional conduct.

You will partner with Front Desk and Maintenance to meet high cleanliness and productivity standards, mentor staff, and uphold the company’s guest-service culture and integrity.

Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership role in hotels, hospitals, or multi-unit housing as a Housekeeping or Cleaning Supervisor.
• Good communications skills, outgoing, friendly and able to speak professionally with our guests, your manager and your colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Oversee housekeeping, laundry and house person team members and ensure guest experience standards.

• Coach and mentor the team, handle onboarding, training, performance management and development.
