Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is hiring a Guest Services Associate for The Dellshire Resort in Wisconsin Dells. You will help ensure a welcoming stay and uphold our service standards as the property opens in 2026.

In this role you will engage with guests, work with a team to enhance the guest experience, maintain recreational areas, coordinate with housekeeping, and respond to guest needs with friendliness. Shifts include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in a guest service role.
• Engaging and energetic personality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs.
• Availability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to ensure their stay is going well.
• Collaborate with team to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain active presence around recreational areas and ensure cleanliness.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure towels are clean and available.
• Check in arriving guests and assist with recreation options.
• Clean all areas per SOPs.
• Set up and break down recreational areas for the day.
• Remove soiled linen and trash from service areas.
• Respond in a friendly, helpful manner to guests and team members.
