Harrington Park Health & Rehab is seeking a full-time Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the department, manage staffing within budget, and uphold privacy and safety standards. You will greet new patients and support shared services while guiding staff with a balance of firmness and empathy.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong organizational and prioritizing abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, develop, organize and direct Housekeeping Department functions (including personnel and administrative duties).
• Establish and maintain effective inter-departmental communication to provide positive working relationships.
• Comply with all Privacy & Security programs.
