Luxor Healthcare is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead and motivate the housekeeping team in maintaining a clean, welcoming facility. The role focuses on creating a sanitary, safe environment while supporting patient care and presentation.

You will oversee daily tasks, assign duties, and ensure adherence to safety and infection control practices. Hands-on upper management and advancement opportunities are offered in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 10th grade education.
• Ability to speak and write English.
• Demonstrates leadership qualities.
• Has housekeeping experience.
• Able to relate to residents and staff in a courteous, diplomatic manner.

Responsibilities

• Assign tasks to the housekeeping team.
• Take responsibility for cleanliness and appearance of the facility.
• Perform day-to-day housekeeping functions per daily work assignments.
• Clean, wash, sanitize, and polish furnishings.
• Clean floors and bathrooms as directed.
• Spot check assigned vacant rooms and clean as needed.
• Follow safety and infection control practices when performing tasks and using equipment.
• Clean work and supply carts and equipment as necessary.
• Attend departmental and staff meetings, in-service classes, and on-the-job training as scheduled.
