Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize and direct Housekeeping Department functions.
• Establish and maintain inter-departmental communication.
• Comply with Privacy & Security programs.
• Demonstrate supervisory skills with fair corrective actions.
• Maintain staffing patterns within budgets.
• Review and respond to complaints/ grievances.
• Assist with annual center budget preparation.
• Maintain knowledge of licensure standards and survey processes.
