Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize and direct Housekeeping Department functions.
• Establish inter-departmental communication for positive working relationships.
• Maintain staffing patterns within budgets and supervise staff accordingly.
• Respond to grievances and assist with annual budget preparation.
• Ensure compliance with Privacy, Security and licensure standards.
