The Westin Edina Galleria is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to support and quality control housekeeping operations, train associates, and uphold hotel standards, inspecting guest rooms and public spaces. You will lead by example and help ensure VIP rooms receive proper amenities while maintaining safety and OSHA-compliant chemical use.

You will collaborate with other departments, resolve guest issues, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment for all guests.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience or equivalent training is required.
• Good reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English is required.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods is required.

Responsibilities

• Train housekeeping associates in professional knowledge and skills.
• Inspect guest rooms to ensure housekeeping standards are achieved.
• Ensure VIP rooms have appropriate amenities and services.
• Resolve guest complaints to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness in public areas and guest corridors.
