Job summary

Responsibilities include supervising housekeeping and laundry staff, coordinating with front desk for room availability, and training team members on operational procedures and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year in a supervisory or management housekeeping position.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Experience with Opera property management system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspects and approves employees' work performance.
• Supervises guest complaints related to housekeeping operations.
• Develops and trains housekeeping and laundry staff.
• Coordinates room availability with the Front Office and schedules.
• Maintains scheduling, payroll, and department reports.
