The role requires flexibility across shifts, strong attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Maintain confidentiality of business information and guest data.
• Ensure safety and security of guests, colleagues, and hotel assets.
• Know basic fire alarm systems and evacuation procedures.
• Be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Communicate clearly in writing, verbally, and in person.
• Work well with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Keep guest rooms and corridors clean and presentable.
• Assist housekeeping staff as needed to meet service levels.
• Provide courteous, personalized service to guests and colleagues.
• Report deficiencies and equipment malfunctions to the maintenance team.
• Ensure rooms meet brand standards and are guest-ready before release.
