Job summary

Carter Hospitality Group is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensure service quality, guest satisfaction, and safety. You will coordinate with front desk and management and supervise staff to meet brand standards and regulatory requirements.

The role requires leadership, scheduling and training responsibilities, with focus on communication and guest-facing professionalism in a hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year housekeeping experience (hospitality preferred).
• Responsible for up to 14 rooms per day in housekeeping tasks.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must hold a valid Florida driver's license and have a good driving record.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment testing (drug test, background check, etc).
• Must have full availability to work days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Open and close housekeeping department processes.
• Create and manage daily boards/work assignments for the team.
• Supervise the housekeeping team to uphold quality and standards.
• Inspect departures and stayovers; complete inspection checklists.
• Oversee housemen to fulfill guest requests and tasks.
