Job summary

Homewood Suites Midtown Manhattan in New York, NY is seeking a hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team and ensure every room feels like home for guests.

You will assign and review work, monitor schedules, inspect public areas and guest rooms, provide training on hotel standards, manage costs, and foster a positive team culture while delivering outstanding service across the hotel.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of related housekeeping experience.
• People-oriented leader with customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and review housekeeping team workload and performance.
• Oversee schedule adherence, room/public area cleanliness, and guest room turnover.
• Provide training on Standard Operating Procedures and departmental standards.
• Monitor purchasing costs and labor expenses while maintaining quality.
