SpringHill Suites by Marriott New York Midtown Manhattan/Park Avenue is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to lead the housekeeping and laundry teams, ensuring the highest cleanliness standards and guest satisfaction. You will supervise staff, inspect rooms, train attendants, and collaborate with the Executive Housekeeper to meet brand objectives.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of supervisory hotel experience, strong leadership and organizational skills, and a flexible schedule including weekends

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of supervisory hotel experience.
• Flex schedule including weekends/holidays as needed.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a diverse TEAM.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to high cleanliness standards.
• Fluency in English; Spanish language skills are preferred.
