Midas Hospitality is seeking an Assistant Executive Housekeeper / Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team and maintain high cleanliness standards across guest rooms and public areas.

The role emphasizes coaching staff, organizing daily activities, and ensuring adherence to brand and hotel standards. A hands-on leader is preferred, capable of training, scheduling, and delivering exceptional guest service with flexibility for weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel housekeeping experience required; leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of hotel cleanliness standards, housekeeping procedures, and guest service expectations.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and support a diverse team.
• Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing business needs.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to maintain reports and inventory records.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, organizing, and supervising the daily activities of the housekeeping team.
• Inspect guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness and quality standards.
• Train, coach, and hold housekeeping associates accountable to expectations.
• Create daily room assignments and communicate VIP arrivals and priority areas to the team.
• Assist with scheduling and adjust staffing based on occupancy and demands.
• Support laundry operations and monitor productivity and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate room status communication with Front Office.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and stocking supplies.
