DoubleTree by Hilton New Orleans Airport in Kenner, LA is seeking a detail-driven Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the housekeeping team and ensure guest rooms and public areas meet brand cleanliness standards.

You will allocate daily assignments, coach staff, conduct inspections, manage supplies, and handle guest requests with professionalism while upholding safety and OSHA guidelines.

Formación

• Prior housekeeping or supervisory experience in a hotel environment.
• Strong leadership and the ability to motivate, coach, and hold teams accountable.
• Reliable with consistent attendance in a fast-paced setting.
• Clear, professional communication with staff and guests.
• Passion for cleanliness, organization, and brand standards.

Responsabilidades

• Daily leadership: assign room boards, inspect rooms, ensure cleanliness standards are met.
• Coach Room Attendants, assist with training, and handle peak times.
• Conduct room and public-area inspections, correct deficiencies, and ensure guest-ready presentation.
• Monitor inventory and supplies; communicate needs to management.
• Respond to guest requests with urgency, professionalism, and a service-first mindset.
• Ensure safety & compliance with OSHA standards and Hilton brand protocols.
