You will allocate daily assignments, coach staff, conduct inspections, manage supplies, and handle guest requests with professionalism while upholding safety and OSHA guidelines.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Daily Leadership — Assigning room boards, inspecting rooms, and ensuring brand cleanliness standards are met.

Working Conditions & Physical Demands

• Active Role — Frequent walking, bending, lifting, and room inspections throughout the shift.
• Physical Strength — Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and assist with linen or supply movement as needed.
• Attention to Detail — Strong focus on cleanliness, organization, and brand consistency.
• Flexible Availability — Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts based on business needs.
