Doubletree by Hilton is seeking a dedicated Houseperson to support our housekeeping team and uphold the high cleanliness and safety standards our guests expect. You will inspect guest rooms and public areas, guide attendants, and coordinate with maintenance to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining high cleanliness and safety standards in hospitality settings.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with housekeeping teams to ensure quality expectations are met.
• Proven track record of providing exceptional guest service and responding promptly to requests.
• Strong organizational skills to manage and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies.
• Ability to coordinate with maintenance staff to address repair needs efficiently.
• Experience in training and supporting team members, fostering a positive work environment.
• Excellent communication skills to guide and support housekeeping attendants effectively.

Responsabilités

• Ensure all guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping team to inspect and prepare rooms for new guests, ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Support and guide housekeeping attendants, providing them with the tools and knowledge to excel in their roles.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and care.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team to address any repair needs, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking and replenishing cleaning supplies and equipment as needed.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve service quality and team performance.
