Olympia Hospitality in Swarthmore, PA is seeking a dedicated housekeeping professional to uphold cleanliness and guest satisfaction across all hotel areas. You will support the Executive Housekeeper and Rooms Division Manager in daily operations while fostering a positive, guest-focused environment.

The role emphasizes adherence to safety and environmental standards, inventory control, and collaboration with front office, maintenance, and F&B.

Competenze

Experience as a room attendant or room inspector; high school diploma or equivalent.
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
Willing to work nights and weekends.

Collaborate with other departments, including front office, maintenance, and food and beverage, to ensure seamless coordination of guest services and satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as company policies and procedures related to housekeeping operations.
Promote sustainable practices and initiatives to minimize the environmental impact of our housekeeping activities.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to housekeeping activities, including occupancy rates, cleaning schedules, maintenance issues, and staff training.
