Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping/cleaning experience and customer service experience preferred.
• Physical demands include long periods of walking, standing, bending, lifting, twisting and kneeling.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms and suites to established cleanliness standards.
• Stock linens, towels and toiletries and report deficiencies.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed to maintain sanitation.
• Greet guests courteously and respect privacy.
• Respond to guest requests and provide information to enhance their stay.
• Report issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
• Collaborate with room attendants and hotel staff for smooth operations.
• Communicate room status and guest preferences to teammates.
• Follow safety protocols and health regulations.
• Report safety hazards or incidents to supervision.
