Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the community cleaning program and ensure safe, clean, and comfortable spaces for residents and guests. This full-time role involves planning, directing, and coordinating housekeeping activities across the community.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 3 years in housekeeping, and at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years of housekeeping experience.
• 1 year in a supervisory/management position in housekeeping or environmental services.

Responsibilities

• Develop schedules for the housekeeping team.
• Communicate schedule changes to residents and/or family members.
• Conduct daily inspections of the interior, addressing deficiencies to ensure safety.
• Coordinate cleaning of move-in and move-out apartments.
• Train staff in policies and procedures.
• Hire and supervise the housekeeping team.
