Responsibilities

• Develop schedules for the housekeeping team.

• Conduct daily inspections of the interior and address safety/cleanliness deficiencies.
• Coordinate cleaning of rent ready and move-in ready apartments.
• Train new and existing staff in policies and procedures.
• Hire and supervise the housekeeping team.
