Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor in Phoenix to plan, direct, and coordinate housekeeping programs across the community for residents and guests. You will lead scheduling, inspections, and staff management to maintain safe, clean, and comfortable spaces.

The role requires 3 years of housekeeping experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 3 years of housekeeping experience required.
• 1 year in a supervisory or management position in housekeeping or environmental services.
• Minimum requirement of high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop schedules for the housekeeping team.
• Communicate cleaning schedule changes to the residents and/or family members.
• Conduct daily inspections of the interior, addressing deficiencies to ensure safety.
• Coordinate cleaning of rent ready and move in ready apartments.
• Train new and existing staff in community and state required policies and procedures.
• Responsible for hiring and supervising the housekeeping team.
