Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities, LLC in Creve Coeur, MO is seeking a full-time Housekeeping Supervisor to plan, direct, and coordinate our community housekeeping program, ensuring safe, clean, and welcoming spaces for residents and guests.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 3 years in housekeeping and 1 year in a supervisory role. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k), PTO, and Daily Pay.

Responsibilities

• Develop schedules for the housekeeping team
• Communicate cleaning schedule changes to the residents and/or family members
• Conduct daily inspections of the interior of the community, immediately addressing any deficiencies ensuring the safety of the community
• Coordinate cleaning of rent ready and move in ready apartments
• Train new and existing staff in community and state required policies and procedures
• Responsible for hiring and supervising the housekeeping team

The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the community housekeeping programs to ensure that areas of the community are maintained in a safe, clean, and comfortable manner for our residents and guests.
