Responsibilities

• Develop schedules for the housekeeping team.
• Communicate cleaning schedule changes to residents and/or family members.
• Conduct daily inspections of the interior of the community and address deficiencies to ensure safety.
• Coordinate cleaning of rent ready and move in ready apartments.
• Train new and existing staff in policies and procedures.
• Responsible for hiring and supervising the housekeeping team.
