Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to plan, direct, and coordinate housekeeping programs across our community, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and comfort for residents and guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 years housekeeping experience required.
• 1 year supervisory/management experience in housekeeping or environmental services required.

Responsibilities

• Develop schedules for the housekeeping team
• Communicate cleaning schedule changes to the residents and/or family members
• Conduct daily inspections of the interior of the community, addressing deficiencies to ensure safety
• Coordinate cleaning of rent ready and move-in ready apartments
• Train new and existing staff in policies and procedures
• Responsible for hiring and supervising the housekeeping team
