Job summary

Sage Hospitality Group, opening Indigo Raleigh in North Carolina, seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee housekeeping operations and promote a safe, high-quality guest experience while protecting assets and controlling costs.

You will supervise staff, train and coach, inspect rooms and public areas, manage supplies and respond to guest requests to ensure satisfaction and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of related housekeeping supervisory experience.
• Working knowledge of Housekeeping and hotel services, policies and operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping staff with open communication, training, coaching and performance feedback for maximum efficiency.
• Inspect cleaning of guest rooms, turndown service, public areas and back of house; ensure compliance with safety programs, SOPs and sanitation standards.
• Assign staff and review special requests to ensure smooth operation and proper resource allocation.
• Distribute supplies at start of shifts to control inventory and expenses while maintaining adequate stock.
• Respond to guest requests and concerns to ensure satisfaction and manage lost and found items.
